If you wish to apply to be a Camp Counselor for the many camps at Ruggles, you will need to view, print out, complete, and mail the following forms for consideration.
The Application For A Counselor position form must be completed. This is a multi-page form, so make sure all of your pages print out. Note the first section pertains to general information about you, the second section pertains to your medical information, and the third section pertains to your experience and references.
The Youth Leader Background Check form must also be completed and submitted along with the documents in the previous paragraph.
